We need a person who can handle import export matter and have expereince handling PSW. Good salary will be offered to right candidate. Must with with 3-5 years of experience.

Coordinates activities of international traffic division of import-export agency and negotiates settlements between foreign domestic shippers. Plans and directs flow of air surface traffic moving to overseas destinations. Supervises workers engaged in receiving shipping freight, documentation, waybilling, assessing charges and collecting fees for shipments. Negotiates with domestic customers, as intermediary for foreign customers, to resolve problems arrive at mutual agreements. Negotiates with foreign shipping interests to contract for reciprocal freight-handling agreements. May examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff customs regulations. May contact customs officials to effect release of incoming freight resolve customs delays. May prepare reports of transactions to facilitate billing of shippers foreign carriers. Handling PSW and bans for import/export related matters.



-Basic Requirements
Knowledge of basic computer software applications is required
Required Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V-Look up), Microsoft Word
Work closely with Freight Forwarders and Production team to arrange for transportation of international inbound shipments
Understanding of receiving process, discrepancy handling, and inventory control
Good writing skills with previous experience in creating and reviewing contracts and other export documents
An assertive personality with excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills while working with direct reports
