Benefits of this Qualification:
The Level 3 Award in First Aid for Mental Health qualification is for those providing the role of First Aider for Mental Health or those who are responsible for mental health policies and procedures within an organization. This may include carrying out the First Aider role, HR staff and Senior Managers within an organization. On achievement learners will:
• Be able to provide support to those experiencing mental health issues in the workplace
