Students will be responsible for designing and producing campaigns that consist of projects with multiple components across multiple media formats. Each student is responsible for product design, critique and feedback, portfolio and presentation creation.
Graphic design is all around us. Words and images, the building blocks of graphic design, are the bulk of content in both the digital and print worlds. As graphic design becomes more visible and pervasive in our lives, the importance of graphic design as a practice increases in our culture.
This course teaches the basic principles of graphic design using visual examples.

As such, the course provides plenty of hands-on opportunities for exercises and hands-on projects.
